Naturally, we provide some guidelines for creating your marketing budget. Many companies dip into their sales and marketing budgets, so we recommend setting up a separate business checking account that you can use solely for marketing. Remember, your marketing budget and operating capital are not the same.

We also explain how to build your marketing budget in such a way that you can scale it to correspond with the growth of your business. In Episode 51, we also discuss fixed expenses, one-time expenses and variable expenses.

That’s a terrible waste of your money!”
